In this grounding class we'll calm the nervous system and anchor the mind through the synchronization of movement and breath. The practice begins with mindful breathing and gentle movements to foster internal awareness, then transitions into a smooth, deliberate flow that builds strength and focus. The sequence emphasizes balanced poses, intentional transitions, and foundational alignment, culminating in a restorative cool-down.

This class is ideal for any yoga practitioner level and anyone seeking to de-stress, find mental clarity, and reconnect with their physical self in a supportive environment.

This class focuses on harmonizing physical stability with intentional breathing techniques. The session uses slow, conscious Vinyasa flow and a dedicated series of standing balance poses to challenge both your body and mind. Leave feeling deeply centered in a calm state of mind (and ready to dive into the holiday season!).

This class is accessible for all yoga practice levels.
