Balance with Breath

This class focuses on harmonizing physical stability with intentional breathing techniques. The session uses slow, conscious Vinyasa flow and a dedicated series of standing balance poses to challenge both your body and mind. Leave feeling deeply centered in a calm state of mind.

This class is accessible for students of any mobility and is appropriate for all yoga levels.
