Cozy Yoga

Warm up during the cold winter days at Cozy Yoga! We'll move slowly and intentionally to build internal heat - focusing on the core and middle body - and use props for support and an extra 'cozy' savasana experience.

This class is accessible for students of any mobility and is appropriate for all yoga levels- especially beginners wanting to learn foundational information.
