Flow + Yin

Get the best of both worlds in this efficient and effective class. This practice begins with a flow to awaken and invigorate your body, followed by a series of passive, yin, stretches to unwind - and enjoy a mini sound bath to close the practice.

This practice is the ideal antidote to a stressful day, allowing you to move through tension before you wind-down from the day. You'll finish feeling balanced, centered, and ready to rest.

This class is accessible for students of any mobility and is appropriate for all yoga levels- especially beginners wanting to learn foundational information.
