
Relax and Restore class focuses on restorative poses (asanas) that promote deep relaxation and gentle release. Through a combination of support postures and mindful breathing (pranayama), students are encouraged to let go of tension and stress, making this practice ideal for individuals seeking to reconnect with their bodies and create space within.
Blankets, bolsters and blocks are provided, feel free to BYO if you have them.
This class is appropriate for all yoga levels.
